This page summarises the interpro analysis of variant phosphoregulators.
For each locus a "domain complement" is defined as all the domain predictions made for any variant within that locus.
Additionally we define a "catalytic complement" and "accessory complement" to identify changes in catalytic and accessory domains respectively.

We identify 3 classes:
1) 168 peptides with less than the complement of accessory domains but no change to the catalytic domain (42 completely remove the accessory domains)
2) 201 peptides where the accessory domains are unchanged but the catalytic domains are either disrupted (173) or absent (28)
3) 154 where there are changes in both
